Non-members pay a $10 admin fee

Bonds are payable - amounts differ depending what you are hiring

Bonds paid by card are refunded via bank transfer within 7-10 days of all items being returned

Party Pack Collections and Returns:

Collection - 10.30am to 11.00am Thursdays or Saturdays

Returns - 9.30am to 10.00am Thursdays or Saturdays

Party Hire is strictly for domestic use only

Hireage is strictly for 1 week only unless agreed otherwise
Terms & Conditions
To hire for a week period:

There is a security bond. The amount depends on the party pack you hire. This will be returned via bank transfer within 7-10 days after items are returned and checked.

Hire fee is not refundable if you decide to cancel your booking without 7 days notice.

If toy/s are not returned within the time frame specified an overdue fee of the hire cost of the party pack will be charged. I.e. party pack costs $30 overdue fee will be $30 if its $15 overdue fee will be $15.

Where supplied, you must read the Instruction Manual before setting up

Please clean before returning, a damp, soapy sponge will take off dirt . Items must be fully dry before packing away.

You MUST pickup and return the item on the date and time specified unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Once you have hired the item you have an 2 hours to report any damage or issues before it becomes your responsibility (please set up as soon as possible).

Any damage or lost items that occur during your hire is your responsibility, and if so, please act immediately and report the damage to the Toy Library via Facebook message or email.

This damage will need to be fixed by you and if it is unfixable then the item will need to be replaced at your own expense.
